Service Error failed:Inbound data mapping

 

I have created a new SOAP service . Whenever we try hitting the service , we are getting the below error. Can someone let me know why this is happening . Are we missing out something?

         </soap:Code>
         <soap:Reason>

         </soap:Reason>
      </soap:Fault>
