Error in Exercise 2: Decision Manager Portal Configuration

HI,

On the final step of creating an application overlay for the DMSampleDMA application via the Wizard the following error is encountered. Please advise any steps to continue past this error. I apologize if this has already been answered, Thanks in advance.

  • Failed to save rule into revision ruleset. For the rule : Product Offers, Reason: .pyModelProcess.pyShapes(DecisionParameters2).pyReferencedRuleName: PhoneControlParameters does not exist or is not a valid entry for this ruleset and its prerequisites
  • .pyModelProcess.pyShapes(DecisionParameters1).pyReferencedRuleName: TabletControlParameters does not exist or is not a valid entry for this ruleset and its prerequisites

In which exercise system are you trying to do this? Note this advanced course is using the Marketing_712_VM_20160223 image.

Hi Miki,

Good catch, sorry I was using the marketing_713ml9_pvs_20151201 image. Thanks for the clarification. Downloading the  Marketing_712_VM_20160223  now.
