Decision Manager Portal Configuration Quiz Question No. 2
- Proposition visibility can be changed only after the application overlay is created, using the Proposition Group Authorization option from the Revision Management landing page.
- [Correct- The statement is True because- Initially, when the wizard completes, none of the access groups have access to any of the propositions. To change this, the Systems Architect can edit the application overlay from the landing page, modify the proposition group authorization, and authorize a set of propositions groups to a given access group]
- Proposition visibility is associated per access group.
- [Correct- Statement is True because- Each access group has specific permissions for specific sets of functionality in the Decision Manager portal]
- By default, all proposition groups are visible to all access groups.
- [Incorrect- Statement is False because- Each access group has specific permissions for specific sets of functionality in the Decision Manager portal]
- Decision Architect always has access to all proposition groups.
- [Incorrect- why?]
In the Decision Manager Portal Demonstration and the study guide it says: "If a Decision Architect is logged in into the portal, he will have access to all of the features of the portal." and later it states "Under Manage, there are few additional tabs allowing the Decision Architect to manage: Propositions: create, delete and modify existing propositions" based on these two statements a Decision Architect should always have access to all proposition groups and the quiz answer would evaluate to True.
