Doubt in Quiz Question

Hi , the answer to the below question is given as "Entire Organisation" , but i guess it should be either "SSA" or  "SA"

Dear Mohan,

 

Although the SA or SSA will ultimately implement the Data Model, but this is done after input from various people. Process Participant, Process Analyst and Process Designers have different data needs, so all have to collaborate to create the data model.
