Hi,

You can use validate or edit validate rule.

• From the property itself you can adapt the OOTB edit validate rule "isFutureDate" and create "isPastDate"

Depending on the property type, you can:

• datetime: use a validate rule and call the function [a datetime] is in the [past/future]
• date: use a validate rule and call the function that will call the function: Validation of [Property Name] using [Edit Validate Name] fail

Hi Nirmal,

Better option is to go for edit validate. Because in case you give a date control and in the UI you do not enter a date ( in case it is not required) then a default date of 1970 is displayed.
