Have you done anything that could go wrong?

Problem is you have deleted you application rule but that will NEVER delete all references to your application.

For instance you default access group points to HRServices application which do not exist anymore when all your rulesets and rules are still there.

If you want, you can ask: [email protected] to reset your environment.

I re created your application and you can now connect again.

Ask for a reset or create HRServices2
