Unable to Login
I am unable to login to the excersice system. Can someone provide assistance?

Each lesson tells you what username and password to use. In the case of the first exercise of the Fundamentals class you use:
User Name: HR_Recruiter
Password: password
You will log on as several different users in the course of completing the exercises so please be sure to follow the exercise instructions which will tell you the credentials to use.

Hi All,
Error Message:
Unable to authenticate Admin@PEGATUTORIAL: No such Rule-Application instance: LoanAppl:01.01.01.
I have downloaded the personal edition, and started working by creating new application @PEGATUTORIAL">Admin@PEGATUTORIAL and also created another sub application LoanAppl:01.01.01. but know i am unable to access @PEGATUTORIAL">Admin@PEGATUTORIAL. when i tried to login i get error message mentioned above. Please do the needful..

Hi,
This course is not designed to wotk with the personal edition.
Log in as an administrator and make sure your security settings (OperatorID, AccessGroup, Roles, ....) are correct.

In the solution of each exercise you will find the credentials you need to log into. These credential change within each exercise.

Hi,
as an administrator, you can reset password.
Try: [[email protected] / install] or the login you used initially to search for the operator ID you forgot the password for. Then reset it via the security tab.
Note: by default your password for a newly created operatorID is "rules"
