Rules Upgrade Failed with SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist pr4_base.

Root Cause
The existing customer application prpc database rule is configured with JDBC URL preferences for connecting to prpc database. This is causing the upgrade utility to fail running rules upgrade.
Update the Database rule to use Configuration in preferences and save the rule before starting upgrade activity.
This should solve the problem
