Production Level in setupDatabase.properties

Why do we put Production Level in setupDatabase.properties when Upgrade scripts are run.

Any idea?

This production level configuration is valid for only installs and not for the upgrades. As we use same setupdatabase.properties file for both install and upgrade this value is shipped. For upgrades this value will be ignored.
