When you open the Program Run Progress screen as indiated in Step 7 of the program run procedure, what kind of numbers do you get for each step?

Thanks for the quick reply.  

I will tell you that I did not even get to that point.  The scheduled run was not even moving from the "Upcoming Run Dates" to the "Start Date" section where I could even double click on the flag.

But then, becuase the VM (actually I am on Mac/Parallels) was getting flaky so I had to restart it.

When I restarted it, the run triggered and I was able to see it in the Start Date section.  the time stamp was when I restarted the VM not when I scheduled it.

The bad news is that, even though it seems like progress, I still have not received the email yet.

I did double check the email address to make sure it was [email protected].

To answer your question, when I open Program Run Progress screen I get:

For the Offers By Status Chart

Offers Waiting: 1

Offers Completed: 11,759

Offers Stopped: 0

Offers Failed: 0

For the Offer Responses Chart:

all 0's

Customers in Starting Population: 23,398

Everything else has "(pending)"
