Not able to download the PDF File for CSSA

Hi PDN Team,

I am trying to download a PDF File from the below link but it is not working.

Please help.

I just tested it as well and it opens straight away.

@MohanK64, could you be more specific with the issue? Are you getting any particular error message?

I am getting the error "Failed to load the PDF Document" . Not sure if it is a browser issue.

are you using IE?
