Not able to download an excel file

I have a download button in Data-Portal section.On click I am calling Refresh section and referencing the download activity.While clicking on button, activity runs without error but no file downloaded.Can anyone help on this.

Version - Pega 7.1.6

Hi Jacob,

Please use  "openURL in new window" and  then try executing the download activity.
