Busy icon after downloading the excel files

Dear All

In a screen I configured a button to download an excel file after clicking the same. I am able to save/open the generated excel file and after that I am seeing busy icon for ever. I configured refresh section/run activity to download the excel file, after clicking the button.

Can somebody help me in getting rid of the busy icon

As opposed to "Refresh Section" try "Open URL in Window".

The UI is likely waiting for an HTTP response.

To see what is happening monitor the interation using an application such as Fiddler.
