Pdf download
Hello,
I am trying to download the module content topics in pdf format, but they're all overlapped and jumbled as can be seen in file attached below. How can this be resolved?

I am not sure, Where did you clicked to download the Low-code defined module content,
You can try, as I mentioned in the below image. Just click on the Download symbol, and it will automatically create a pdf document. i.e.. You can choose Save as a PDF or Print Miscosoft Print to PDF
I have attached the low-code defined module pdf document.

I have also downloaded it from that same place only, but it came out jumbled. That is what the problem is. I don't know why it's doing so when I try to save it as pdf whereas the file you have attached is fine.

@ApurvaSin1 Hi Apurva,
This issue is usually related to the browser you are using. Try using a different browser.
If a different browser works, please let me know which browser was not working so we can look into it.

I followed your advice and used a different browser, but the result is still the same as you can see in the file attached below. The browsers that I used were Chrome and now Edge.
I am in need of downloaded files of the business architect mission for work purposes. So, I would request Pega to please look into this issue.

@ApurvaSin1 I've compared your non-working with a working copy of the download. Your file is read-only, is not centrally-aligned and has additional meta data printed (URL name, Date and timestamp in the headers, Page Numbers etc).
Either the PDF app is substituting a font or you may have a font suit case that has a problem and needs to be replaced.
Can you test the Academy page and Download button on a different computer?
I just tested on my Windows 11 PC (with Chrome 117.0.5938.63 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and can also replicate the issue.
I used the download button from the Low Code Defined page which took me to this page:

I'm suspecting that she is downloading documents from the mobile browser (Android Phone). When I have tried from the mobile browser (Android Phone), I am also getting the same kind of issue.
@ApurvaSin1 Could you please try downloading from the chrome browser from laptop or desktop by using the below settings? If you are still facing the issue, please let us know.
I have provided printing screen-shot settings from my laptop chrome brower settings.
the document text overlapping when using the mobile browser (Android Phone) (we have an option in the mobile browser settings on the desktop site, but even that is not working).
If I download a document from the laptop edge browser I can able see document text overlapping
If I download a document from the laptop chrome browser, I can't see any overlapping text (i.e.,working fine).
I hope the issue will now clear.
