Where is Case Designer
Hello there,
I'm on the section "Use Locking Configurations" of "Case Hierarchy" Chapter.
There is a sentence below;
The Locking option can be found on the Details tab of the Case Designer.
Then I have a very simple question.
Where can I find the Case Designer?
Is Case Designer different from Sage Designer?

On your left had side of the Studio/Developer Portal you will see a Navigation Area. On the left of that area you will see seven icons, the second icon says cases. Click on cases, your cases will be listed there. Click on any of the cases and the Case Designer will open in the work area of the portal (right hand side). Details Tab is the second Tab.

On the right hand side (see your screenshot) there is a list categories holding different settings, with General on top. Further down you see “Locking”, click it to get to the locking configuration.
