This is regarding multitenant Pega application, we know that when we upgrade from Pega 6.x to Pega 7.x, we cannot upgrade and enable multitenancy all at once.

However suppose an application is in Pega 7.1.x with multitenancy disabled, and needs to be updated to Pega 7.2 with multitenancy enabled. What is the correct way to achieve this?

We have already updated this using ‘Install and migrate’ approach, i.e. created a fresh Pega 7.2 multitenant installation and imported the RAP of Pega 7.1.x non-multitenant application into it, and it worked.

We want to know is it possible to do the same by running the upgrade script with the flag ‘multitenant.system=true’ ? while updating the app from Pega 7.1.x to Pega 7.2 ?
