Upgrade Failure - Not able to login to the application
After running through the Data upgrade script and deploying the 7.2 ear's, I was not able to login to the application using "[email protected]".
Getting the below screen. Browser version : IE 11

Hello RajaniKanth,
Both 32-bit and 64-bit browsers are supported in 7.2. Are you running in IE8 compatibility mode?

From the screenshot, it looks like you are logging into your application (OMNI-16 R1 ??), not PegaRULES.
Have you overridden pyDefault in Data-Portal in your application ruleset ? If so, can you please take pega 7 version of the pyDefault rule and retrofit your changes ?

Looks like a caching issue for the instances of Rule-File-Binary.
These are cached at .../prweb/StaticContent directory.
Clear all the cache including the directory mentioned above and bounce the application server.
Also disable the Enterprise Mode in your IE 11.

If you are logging with admin ID which is pointing directly to PegaRULES, then I guess you should not see this issue. In that case, you can access the application and change it to ABV mode and check Render in HTML 5. Then try to re-login with your operator Id, the designer studio should be elegant now.

So far we have observed similar issues in designer studio & business user portals. Such observation have been reported from V7.1.9 and V7.2.0 applications.
