Unable to open or No rule by that name exists.

Hi,

I am not able to create a WorkBasket on click of the new button when trying to call this ListView "ListWorkbasketsDeveloper" in the case manager portal. It gives me the following error

 "Unable to open. No rule by that name exists."

But when i try to run the ListView "ListWorkbasketsDeveloper" directly from the developer portal i can create the Workbaskets.

Please assist me on this.
