Try regenerating the library associated with the pzGetValidValues function. Do you get any errors?
If the error persists, try a private checkout of the pzEditColumnsGrid section and save it. Does it save successfully? Does the report open with the private checkout?

There is no errors occure while re genarating libreary and function. Also no errors when saveing the section.
I can't get private checkout as well (report definition rules).

In my system, this line of code calls pzGetRemoteListValues. Can you check if this function is present in your system?

pzGetRemoteListValues present in my system as well.
Im not able to view the java code because its getting stuck when try to open it. Is any way to get that?
Also we have 4 environment, only this issue is occur in production environment.

These difficulties may be clues. What kind of stuck are you talking about?
As for private-checkout, if your issue is merely that there's no "private checkout" button, you can use the pzPrivateCheckout activity instead. Make sure you refresh the ruleform of the rule you checked out right after doing it though, so you don't get confused.

Have you tested the opening of a report definition using the out of the box (OOTB) operator? Does this issue occur for all report definitions (custom and OOTB)?
