Tomcat 8.0.32 DBCP Class Not Found Exceptions
Getting the following error at startup of Tomcat 8.0.32 on AWS EC2 instance: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp2.BasicDataSourceFactory seems like the dbcp jar files have changed with Tomcat.
Ended up installing Tomcat 8.0.28 which had worked previously but would like to know how to get this working with the newer versions of Tomcat.

When we originally installed this we had used yum install tomcat8 from the Amazon Linux image (AMI). It sets everything up, but uses some links to connect tomcat to specific apache-commons* jar files. We tried downloading the same version of Tomcat using wget from the apache archives, extracted the file, then unlinked the lib directory from our yum installed tomcat and created a lib and copied the jar files downloaded.
Maybe the issue is that the server could not properly resolve the linked lib and jar files. Would be nice if I could make this work with a yum installed version without having to mess with the lib directory.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
