Offline support of Pulse isn’t existing platform functionality however there was special collaboration within Pega to featurize Pulse specifically for FSM’s offline-enabled mobile app. 

We would like to have this feature being brought to the platform level. Next to that we want the offline support to be extended with support for attachments. 

The value is that frequently pictures are required to clarify and discuss a situation at the customer location between the fieldworker and the support department. 

Having this conversation and collaboration centrally in Pega and linked to the case provides insight and traceability compared to having the conversation in a different app such as whatsapp.
