The section Move Rules in the lesson Refactor an Application seems to be incomplete.  It ends with the first screen of the Move Rules wizard and has no description of what happens if the Move button is clicked.  Some more screens seem to be missing, e.g. where do we specify the parent class to move the rules to?  Also there must be screens which show the results and any error.
