Hi,
- Because it will help other developer to find out what the rule does and hence reuse it if needed
- You do NOT want a rule which can execute a complete flow without the need to call other rules (obviously less reusable if not at all)
- Class structure and rule context will help reusing the rules as you will intuitively have an idea on where to look at
- Single logical function means the rule has one purpose and only one, there is no side effects in resuing it else where.
