Report Defination - You are not authorized
Hi,
I have an operator 'ABC', and two environments 'Dev' and 'Test'. In Dev i'am able create a case and link fews to the case and check linked cases to the case, but where as in Test enviroment when i create a case and try to link cases to it, cases are not getting linked and no cases are getting displayed to the case.
Below is the error go from the tracer.
Error:
FAIL
Step Status Info You are not authorized to open instance RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION LINK-XXXXXX XXXX #201XXXXXT160733.348 GMT

Check the access groups & roles of operator ABC for each environment. Check to see the differences between the access groups & roles for Dev & Test. Obviously, somethings should be different between Test & Dev.
My guess is that the operator ABC does not have authorization to create a case under the Test application.

Thanks Matthew for the reply. Actually before posting this query, i have checked access group, Access roles and compared them and find no difference in both the environments. Do we need to check anything more?

I have gone through it once again and finally found the difference and after making changes it is working fine.
There is a difference in Open Rules,Modify Rules and Delete Rules values in one of the 'Access of role to object' rule.
