Report Defination export results
Hi ,
I have to generate report of may be 50K (50,000) of records and export it in Excel from Report defination. But it seems report defination cannot export more than 10,000 of recodrs .
Can someone tell me , if theres any way to export 50 K records from RD ?
Any additional setup is required for this ?

Can you please set TmpExportReportPage.pyUI.pyMaxRecords to the required value in step 8 of pzRDExportWrapper activity. As it is final activity, we cannot checkin that activity. But, we can do private check out.

You can set the maximum nuber of rows to export under the General Data Acess Settings in the Data Access tab of your report definition. Below is a screen shot to help you:

But when i try to export more than 20k records . System getting crash.
If BIX reporting for 6.2 SP 2 has a seperate license ?

I am not sure I understand this. Your initial post seemed to suggest you were exporting data using report definition feature.
BIX is a separate product and is licensed separately.

And in Report Viewer tab remove Enable paging else if we give pagination and try to export excel only 1st page will be downloaded
