Pega Calendar Gadget showing Assign worklist only (Enhancement)

We're using Pega OOTB Calendar gadget to show user tasks / assignments in the Calendar link on User Portal as Events.
Using Calendar navigation link on user portal with Harness Name : pyCMEvents7 , class = Data-Portal.
As of now , it picks data for Assignments with SLA defined on them & from "pc_assign_worklist" table only.
We want to extend the capability of Calendar to add custom events from custom tables within the application.
But it seems there is limitation that we can not extend the capability beyond work-list table.

Has anyone tried the same ?

On reviewing the SR we see that it was resolved. The rquirement was determined to be a product enhancement. We have updated the enhancement ID under the Related Support Case Number field above. Please continue following up on it through your Pega Account Executive.
