Can anyone please explain why the option to "Optimize for reporting" does not show up when right-clicking on a page list property (on the App Explorer panel) in contrast to a single value property?

The SSA course suggests the appearance should be identical, although the procedure behind the scenes is more complicated and involves the creation of a new declarative index class and rule.

I'm trying to understand the lesson on "Optimizing Properties in Pega" which does not explain the steps to take for optimizing non-single value properties. Perhaps I'm missing the point or running into some issue in Pega 7.1.6. Or is there some magical way to access this property wizard?
