Open Assignment Activity does not change to the next TAB
HI,
Im using CPM 7.1.3 on Pega 7.1.7 Im using processassignment activity to open an assignment using assignment handle. In the UI it shows in the next TAB that it is open bbut the TAB won't change to the next TAB, IT remains in the home tab. Need quick help.

scenario;
I've user work list which contains different type of cases.I want to open some cases in perform mode and and some in review mode
Tried with:
PEGA providing these 2 funcationalities independently using actions"open selected item and open work by handle' but i want to club these functinalities conditionally.
in actions "Apply conditions' did n't help me.
i've written a actity ,in this activity i am calling work-.Open for display case in review mode and Assign-.processAssigment for perform mode display.
activity is excecuting perfectly but harness is not dispalying.after browser refresh it is showing the harness review/perform.
any other alternative , please suggest.

I have tried this way which worked for me.
On Click - 1st action: Run activity to Get assignment key (if work object is still in process else set some flag to
identify resolved or unresolved case)
2nd action : write a custom script(OpenApplication) and call the OOTB scripts in it based on Resolved or Unresolved status

Hi Srinivasan, While displaying the worklist, Can you try customize grid row element(section/control) to show appropriate section as per your business need. You can configure OpenAssignment UI Action and OpenWorkByHandle UI Actions based on WHEN rule. This way your functionality would behave as expected.
Hi @IsuruG42 : Are you trying to perform these operations from backend throught activity. If you have option to perform these actions from UI, Can you configure OpenAssignment UI Action by providing assignment handle.
