Null Pointer Exception on switching portals from Developer Portal only after upgrade

After Upgrading to Pega 7, Null Pointer Exception is being thrown on switching between the portals from the Developer portal. Please share your expertise to overcome this error.

Kindly open the Operators Access Group and check for assosiated portals. If the operator has any deprecated portals like "SysAdminDD" , remove them from the access group and perform a Revalidate and Save of the access group rule.
