Not able to import any RAP
Hello Everyone - We have just migrated our application from Pega 6 to 7. We were successful in migrating in all the lower and PROD environments. We have another environment which is a clone of PROD Env. After successful migration of this environment to Pega 7 we are not able to move any RAP. I tried to move a single RS version instance but still I am not able to move it. I am just seeing a blank screen with name of the RAP on the top and done button at the bottom. The log message shows the following error messages

I am not seeing config any difference with other environments. Am I missing anything? Do I need to look at any other areas? Restarted the servers by clearing the cache 4 - 5 times but no luck.

Hello,
sometimes, you might need to restart the server after the completion of migrations. Try to restart the server and than import. Also, that log statmenets you provided were not errors. They were just info. So before the restart, clear Pega logs, alerts, pega rules extract marker file and tmp. So that you can produce a new logs while importing RAP after the restart.

From what you mentioned, on UI, you are not seeing a completion message after RAP Import. But in logs it looks good.
After seeing sucessfull message in Logs, in Designer Studio search for the imported rules to see if they are actually imported or not. It gives clarity over whether you are facing just a Pega UI Bug or a functionality breaking. In either case, i recommend you to open a SR.
