Unable to import R-A-P with Pega 7.4

Hi,

I have just setup Pega 7.4 on my Windows 7 machine with JBOSS EAP 7.0.0. It starts up properly and I can log in to Designer Studio but when I try to import R-A-P I get below error (no connection). The screen comes up very quickly and I don't think it is even trying to upload the file to <temp_dir> ServiceExport directory (in fact file is not copied there). FYI this R-A-P is a loadable binary Pega's product file that works with Pega 7.4. I guess this is some environmental issue but I am unable to figure out what it is. PegaRULES log file does not record any ERROR.

I have imported this R-A-P file into other Pega 7.4 environment already without any issue, that means it is not product specification change but somewhere with my environment issue, I assume? Does anyone know what exactly is checking this file size? JBOSS or Operating System?

Hi Satoshi, 

Please check the setting of DSS prconfig/initialization/maximumfileuploadsizemb/default, and System Setting pyMaxDragDropAttachSizeMB. Both of default values are 1024 KB in 7.3.1.

Thank you. This limitation was coming from JBOSS default settings. I was able to break it from Configuration > Subsystems > Web/HTTP - undertow > HTTP
