Not able to download PVS for Pega Marketing Essentials 7.1

Whether anyone else is experiencing the same problem of not able to download PVS. Download goes till the end and come back saying "Download interrupted - Resume". When I click on Resume button it comes back saying "File can not be downloaded"

I'm sorry to hear you are having download issues.

Just checked myself and on my system it downloaded at 2.6 MB/s with no issues at all. The download took 30 minutes. Then I extracted the archive with 7-zip and this also worked fine for me. My guess is you ran into a network interrupt, hence my recommendation is you try the download once more.
