NodeID changes
How a NodeID gets changed for a NodeName.
I have a multiple nodeIDs created for a same node.What is the criteria of getting a different NodeID created for a nodeName?
From pega help, I come to know that as and when system name changes, new NodeIDs gets created for all nodes. Is there any other chances of getting new NodeIDs created?

I'm not certain of all of the things that will make it change, but I do know that in addition to changing the Pega system name, if you change the location of the temp directory or change the host name of the server, these actions will also cause the NodeID to change as well.

Node ID is computed as a hash of the concatenated string of hostname, system name and temp directory path. Opening the instance of Data-Admin-Nodes for that node id should show the string being used for the hash. Alternatively, you can also get to it from the System Name landing page (Designer Studio -> System -> Settings -> System Name)
