Dynamic DB password changes

Hi All,

My organization has introduced a new policy to renew the DB Schema users password after specified period . Example every 20 days

We have Pega7.2 running on Tomcat and Oracle. The context.xml has the DB passwords hard coded. We can't modify the passwords every 20days across environments. Is there any way we can accomadate the dynamic change of passwords?

Same is the issue with External DB as well .

Please share your thoughts?

Hi Abdul,

You can choose any configuration management tools like puppet, ansible etc.. to achieve your requirement.
