Knowledge Buddy Use-cases

Hi everyone.  As a product manager here at Pega, I would love to know your use-cases for adoption of Knowledge Buddy at your company.  What ideas have you come up with for where you are looking to integrate Buddy into your workflows?

We plan to roll out Buddy in phases. Phase 1 will have us upload around 30k knowledge articles (Insurance Industry) to Buddy database and use the question gadget to ask questions related to insurance policies or clients. Phase 2 will see us potentially load plan rules from our mainframe (in json format) database to Buddy for additional references for our operation users.
