Knowledge buddy installation in a on premise app in Infinity 24.2.2

I have an on-premise application store in Google cloud and I would like to install Knowledge buddy, as a partner I have access to download Pega Knowledge buddy application and Pega knowledge but I know for users a Pega cloud instance needs to be created. What would be the next step to get a Pega cloud instance with Knowledge buddy?
