Issue with test case rule configuration

Hi,

 

I recorded a test case for a flow and saved the results.And I opened the test case rule created from records explorer.

 

Issue :

1) In Test case rule form, there is a  datatransform field , which is not editable.

2) Whenever I tried to give some property name and value for input parameters and saved the test case, enterd data is lost.

 

Could you please tell if anybody used them?And also please explain how they actually work?
