I could not find Control Change in section property in 7.1.9

1) I created the text property with control check box

2)While reffering a property in section I want to change the control to radio button but I could not find the option to change the control in 7.1.9

found the option , in the cell property Click on Change link in the model window and then select Other then we can select any control.
