How to report PDN issues
How to report PDN issues if you are a Pega customer
- Click the Feedback control (image file atached) that appears near the bottom right of most PDN pages.
- Complete the Feedback form and click Submit to report problems or ask questions about PDN features and functionality.
- Name Type your name.
- Email Type your email address.
- Feedback Type Select a type from the list.
- Browser Select the browser that you are using from the list.
- URL to Page Link to the PDN page in question.
- Feedback Write a clear concise description. Provide links when appropriate.
- Screenshot #1 Attach a file to illustrate your issue, bug, or question.
- Screenshot #2 Attach a file to illustrate your issue, bug, or question.

Hi John,
By "can't open a ticket", do you mean that when you click the PDN Feedback control (black button, white text on the right side of the PDN page), the PDN Feedback form does NOT display for you to complete?
If the Feedback control works (opens the Feedback form) . . .
You should submit a Feedback item for each problem that you identify here:
- My Organization problem
- Pega Academy courses lost
Be as complete as possible and attach screenshots to your Feedback items if possible or appropriate.

Hi Mary,
I'm facing concerns with raising a SR
I happen to get stuck here:
I goto 'Resources' -> 'report an issue with MSP'-> I type my concern in the box below and click 'submit'-> but end up nowhere.
Request you to advice.

Hi John,
Confirming Lochan, let me ask if you fulfill both of the following conditions:
Are you affiliated with a Pega Account ?
Are you are an Authorized Account Contact?
From your screenshots, it looks as if you have not selected an Account.
To submit SRs, you must (1) be affiliated with a Pega Account and (2) be an Authorized Account Contact for your account.
See the customer handbook, Support @ Pega, https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/cpm-themes-support-pega-7.
Find this handbook on the PDN > Support > Product Support page under Resources.

hi Mary,
I have recently changed my organization so I wanted to change my login Email id. I have opened new account with new email id on 17 may but my account is still not activated as I have not received mail to this new id for account activation. Could you please help me with it?

Hi Payal,
Please use the black feedback button on the right side of this browser window to report this. Please select the option, "Resolve a problem with my Pega account" in the "What do you want to do?" field.
Let us know for any updates.

hello Lochan,
Thanks for the response.
I am not able to access Feedback form from old account as my account has limited access as my old email id is disabled so confirmation emails from pdn are bouncing back. I will not be able to do it from new account as account is not activated yet.

hello Lochan,
