How to configure the subcase routing

How to configure routing, when a subcase should be routed to a different user.

I'm quite new to Pega, so I would appreciate help.

Routing should be configured on the assignment shapes of the SUB case's starting flow which you specified on the "Create Case" shape.

Normally routing is configured at assignment level but for screen flows, routing is configured for the flow at the start shape.

Hi Akila,

 

Routing of sub-flow it means first assignment in that sub-flow would be routed to a particular user, just configure your routing logic at that assignment available in the sub-flow.
