I am on the Creating (ADVANCED) Forms exercise trying to create the "search properties" screen. I am having major difficulty editing the "search properties" section. When searching the system for "Search Properties", I open up the section in preparation to edit the section that is already there to insert my form. However, I can only "private edit" and it won't let me edit the section that is already there. On other layouts (previously the payment section) I was able to access the layout that was automatically included in the section to add/edit a form. I cannot do this on search properties. It claims it is in a locked ruleset. How do I fix this? Just add a new section at the bottom and ignore?

Here is a photo of my screen. There is no "down arrow" which I have learned I can click on a particular section to check it out and edit it.
