Create Sample Data case type missing from Data Loader application

The Data Loader application in the PVS (7.1.6) for the SSA course seems incomplete. The case type called "Create Sample Data" as mentioned in the instruction PDF does not show in the +Create menu.

Image removed.

Is the case definition for loading sample data into PRPC missing or how can this issue be resolved?

I assume this preparation is not essential for completing the Reporting exercise.
