Create Case Type in existing application

Hi

My application (built on 7.2.2 CS) was built without a case type. Now we want to get the benefits of the case type rules and stage design.

As of now The cases are initiated manually. The case type and its supporting rules are not present in the classes.

How can i create case type for the existing work classes and accommodate existing flows. The application is already in production.
