Create and apply a new work status
At step 13 in the exercise, I perform the Action, Run and the outcome is not what's shown in the exercise with the "Continue Process.... and the little hour-glass icon does not display alon with the message "This process is watiitnf for Time Off to reach status Pending-Usage".... Dont want to wait? Click 'Stop waiting continue process'.
What am I doing wrong.....

Hello,
First let me apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We're working to respond in a more timely way and hope to serve you better in the near future.
Step 13 of the 'Create and Apply a New Work Status' exercise has you create a hole new Time Off case.
You mentioned performing the Action Run. I'm not sure if this means you are seeing an Action menu. If you are, that's not how the way to go. Instead, either go back to the case design for Time Off and use the Run button, or simply go to the Create me menu at the top, and Create New Time Off case.
Run the process through to the point where you arrive at the Wait for Occurance flow and you should see something similar to the screen image at step 13.
If I'm misunderstanding your issue, please let me know.

So that's what I had done before I asked for help: Use the Run.... and it did not result in the screen "continue process etc.... as indicated in the previous email" being displayed.

Just curious, did you select the "Permit End User to Perform" checkbox as shown on step 12?
