Can not render section

Hi All,

I have an issue on user poral, error text "Can not render section", but I have no problem with this section - if clean browser cache and start new session - this problem solves and section is displaying correctly, but problem is apprearing again after about 30 mins of session. Can anyone discribe what's the problem or its kind?

Hi,

If you are using PRPC 6.3 the User and Manager Portals (albeit not Designer Studio (a.k.a. The Developer Portal)) should run without a problem on Chrome, Mozilla, and Safari.  Please try and let us know if you see the problem in browsers other than IE.

Hi Dannie,

We are pretty sure this is an error with IE caching but in order to help identify the root cause we need to know the following:

  1. Is this reproducible on a non-IE browser? Although we understand you are going to use only IE, to help us understand the problem, we need to know this.
  2. Is this a custom Section or a Section with any custom Component? If yes, what is it? Also, please try and use any other dummy section and try it in the same environment to see if this is a problem with the way the Section is configured.
