I Need to fetch the data and render a dynamic User interface as attached snippet.
Is it possible to create dynamic ui at runtime through pega ?

Verifying what you are requesting...
You want to query a database table that contains meta-data about columns that either do or do not exist in other database tables.
The meta-data consists of column names and their associated data type, e.g., String, Integer, date..
In a UI you want to vertically display the columns as label1, field1, label2, field2, ..., etc.
If a field is an Integer you want it validated as being an integer, if the field is date you want it validated as being a date, etc.
Is this correct?

You could define a Data- class with a ".DataType" Property that enumerates allowed values such as "Text", "Integer", "Datetime", etc.
You would also define or use an existing Property for each .DataType value.
Properties with the proper associated controls that already exist include:
- pyTemplateDataField Text
- pyTemplateCalendar Datetime
- pyTemplateCheckbox TrueFalse
Define a Section named "DataTypeEntry" that displays .pyTemplateDataField.
Circumstance that Section using .DataType.
Modify each circumstanced section to use the appropriate property/control combination
For example, for the .DataType = DateTime circumstance, display .pyTemplateCalendar.
Within the same Data- class define a "Combo" Section with a Stacked layout.
Place read-only .pyLabel on top and the editable "DataTypeEntry" Section beneath it.
Be sure to style .pyLabel to have it appear as a being a Label.
Your grid would display a PageList of the Data- class that you defined.
