Calendar in popup error

Hi,

pega 6.1sp2 version.

the calendar popup window is not working as expected for few users only, please see the image. the popup window opns with only close button. not able to see the month/date / year links in the pop-up.

also the same user is not able to open the note attachement. the note attachment opens in a new window. but nothing happens when the user clicks on the note attachement.

 

we have the active x installed succesfully in the user machine. what else could be the other reason.

You may need a hot-fix for 6.1 sp2.   Recommend creating a Support Request.
