I have created an agent in our Pega 7 environment, but an agent schedule will not generate for it. We have other existing agent schedules but one will not generate for this specific agent. I have checked that it is enabled everywhere and have messed with interval times to get it to work, but still nothing. Any thoughts on the solution are much appreciated.

Could you confirm the following checks are enabled?
For Agent Rule, under ScheduleD Agent section, last column named "Enable". Ensure that the check box is Checked. In addition, in the same rule, we have another section named "AGENT-WIDE SETTINGS", here we would have another check box "Enable this agent", ensure that this check box is checked.
If both of these are checked with in 10 mins, you should be able to see Agent Schedules created.
