After upgrading from Pega 6.2 to 7.1.8, we are getting "webpage cannot be found" on trying to launch pega url.

Hi,

Please help us with our post Pega 7 upgrade issue. We do not see Pega login page, error "web page not found". We had to change the system name to prpc in prconfig file and then we were able to get in. What could be the issue with our System name? Any help is appreciated.

Hi Sandesh,

Please check the access group mapped to System Name "pega: Batch:". Ideally the Access Group for the Requestor Type: Batch should be PRPC:Agents. Change access group if it is mapped to different access group. Switch to System name "prpc" in prconfig file and try to login.
