Adding Decisions, Subflows, Integration to Flows - Flow Result error

Connectors from Split join shape does not populate the Flow Result from sub flows in for "Condition type" Result on the connector properties... i have imported the rules from the excercise solution (Adding_Decisions_Sub_Flows_Integration_To_Flows.zip). is there any issue with the PVS version or did i miss some thing?

when run the tracer  i am getting the below error  in the activity Data-MO-Connector-Transition • pzGetXMLTaskStatusFromActivity
 

 Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Obj-Activity", pyClassName = "LES-FW-PIPFW-Work-PurchaseRequest", pyActivityName = "" 

Please help
